While they’re around all year, the warmer seasons is where they thrive - making reliable parasite prevention a necessity for your pet.

Tick paralysis is a life-threatening emergency. If you find one on your pet or notice the symptoms below, seek veterinary attention IMMEDIATELY.

• wobbliness, especially in hindsight legs
• weakness, reluctance to jump, collapse
• change/loss of bark/meow
• difficulty breathing
• difficulty swallowing
• hypersalivating
• vomiting, gagging, retching

Meet our head nurse Emelie - there is very little she doesn’t ...know, and she’s always happy to share her knowledge - whether it’s bringing up the next generation of vet nurses or teaching the existing ones the tricks of the trade. If there is ever something that baffles us, she’s our go-to girl!

One of the things that makes her such an amazing head nurse, is the endless care she has for her team. She’s always making sure that we’re taken care of and will always be there when we need her.

She works incredibly hard behind the scenes to make sure our team is supported, happy, and (mostly) sane 😆. Thank you Emelie for everything you do, you’re beyond appreciated 🧡🧡
